What do employees and participants pay?
Nothing, at any tier, ever. Employee accounts for accepting grants, viewing holdings, and downloading their own documents are free by design, not as a promotion.
What happens when a rule changes?
Rules ship as versioned packs. Changes are reviewed, published to a public changelog, and every output names the pack version it used. A tool that cannot cite current rules refuses to output.
Is this legal or accounting advice?
No. The tools prepare documents and computations from your inputs, with citations, for review by your team and your advisors. Judgment calls are flagged for your securities counsel, and edge cases escalate to a human.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and your data exports in open formats whenever you ask.
